Waldorf Astoria to open sales office within weeks!

The Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami will be brought by Property Market Group very shortly. The 5 star brand is going to become the highest tower in Miami at 1,049 feet tall and rising 100 stories.

Designed by Carlos Ott and Sieger Suarez Architects, its  design is meant to resemble nine large, unevenly stacked glass cubes. Hotel will have 140 rooms and there will be 400 residences!!

The average price per square foot of condos at the Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami is expected to average $1,300 per square foot with HOA dues at 80 cents per square foot.

The residences at the Waldorf Astoria Miami are custom built to each owner's specifications, from an array of design selections. The residences are fully finished for each owner and delivered in move-in condition. The studio units are delivered fully furnished, while the 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom residences will be designer ready.

Most residences feature ten-foot ceilings, while the penthouse residences offer 12 foot ceilings, and all residences have floor to ceiling glass.

The interior designs at The Waldorf Astoria Miami are by BAMO. Kitchens feature Wolf and Sub Zero M Series appliances, while all terraces also have outdoor kitchens. The design also includes drop down TVs in all master Bedrooms, closet build outs in every bedroom, TOTO wall mounted toilet plus Dornbracht and Duravit bathroom fixtures, features and accessories.
