1.46-acre site at 733-745 N. Andrews Ave. can be redeveloped into a 12-story mutlifamily and was acquired for $2,5 million!!That took place in 2017 by 745 North Andrews Avenue LLC, which is managed by Bingsong Li, Xiaokai Shen, Jesse C. Pan in Parkland.
The site currently has a small auto sales building, but it’s mostly vacant. It’s located just west of Flagler Village, a neighborhood that’s booming with multifamily development, and just north of downtown. Planned - 394,389-square-foot building, with 137 apartments, 8,565 square feet of commercial space and 312 parking spaces. There would be a pool and amenity deck on the sixth floor.
The apartments would range from 871 to 1,673 square feet. There would be 35 one-bedroom units and 102 two-bedroom units.
The project would cost $35 million to develop. It was designed by architect Gustavo J. Carbonell.
