The building will house ten floors of approximately 180,000 square feet of office space and two retail spaces on the ground floor.
The group has partnered with Miami Design District Associates (MDDA) on the leasing of the building. The project is a joint venture between Dacra, L Catterton Real Estate and Brookfield Properties, with the focus on a modern workspace, set to revolutionize work environments. Each floor will be fully equipped with a private balcony and beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, providing tenants with 360-degree views of the city and neighborhood. With a rooftop garden deck, taking over indoor and outdoor space, landscaping and greenery are at the forefront of the building. Technology will also be fully integrated into the building, alongside 24/7 security and property management services.
With design and culture as a focal point of the neighborhood, The Ursa will continue the Design District’s aura through its museum-quality art and mature architecture. Arsham has created site-specific artwork, which will be incorporated into the design of the building, drawing inspiration from Greek and Roman Antiquity.
Construction is slated to be completed in the fall of 2024, with tenants moving in by winter.
