Shell Bay has been designed to set a new standard of excellence.  Development of the Club is progressing rapidly with our 7,300-yard Championship Greg Norman Course set to open this winter which includes a 12-acre expansive Practice Facility.  The Practice Facility includes a 320-yard driving range, 20,000 sq ft Himalayan putting green, and the much anticipated 9-hole Par 3 course.  Our state-of-the-art Golf Performance Center will include the latest instruction technology such as swing catalyst, foresight, putt view, and a SAM Putt Lab. The Club will also feature unmatched amenities including a 7,500 sqft Fitness & Wellness Center outfitted with future-forward technology and programming as well as a Racquet Club hosting tennis and pickleball courts.  As a member, you will also have use of a private 48-slip Yacht Club with day slips for members, including a houseboat and fishing boat for your enjoyment.
