An affiliate of Bizzi & Partners, 2101 Aventura Property Owner LLC, acquired a storage building at 2101 Northeast 163 Street and an adjacent vacant lot for $10.27 million and they are the guys that just removed the crane from 87th Park development! Gauging from the cool work they have done with the oceanfront development I'm excited to see what will come up on the 1.1 acre site!
