At this time the development has two cleared lots, one for the Villa Sole and University of Miami Health Systems and will build the facility comprising of 225,000 square feet is to span 10 acres. The university is reserving 100,000 square feet should it choose to expand. Fisher Island developer Heinrich Von Hanau just got approved zoning changes to allow for a 57-unit, 10-story condominium building at 6 Fisher Island Drive and 12 single-family homes at 68 Fisher Island Drive.
