Pura Vida coming to Hialeah!

Coral Rock Development Group and Arena Capital Holdings secured a $12.75 million loan from BB&T Bank for Pura Vida Hialeah, a 9-acre development with 260 apartment units and 51,000 square feet of retail space .The residential component will be spread across three eight-story buildings with units ranging from 538 square feet to 1,099 square feet and up to three-bedrooms, according to a release.

Amenities will include a resort-style pool, gym, outdoor grilling area and dog park, as well as 11,000 square feet of ground floor retail space in one residential tower. Three outparcels will have the remaining 40,000 square feet of retail space.

Tenants will include a Wawa convenience store and gas station, a Taco Bell restaurant, a Dollar Tree store and a two-story YouFit Health Club.

The partners paid $12 million for the site, a former mobile home park.

The developer plans to build a 304-unit apartment complex called Shoma Village on a 5.2-acre corner lot at 401 and 435 Hialeah Drive.

Shoma Village will include a 7-story parking garage and more than 30,000 square feet of retail space fronting the apartments. Renderings show Shoma Village will feature a fitness facility, pool and dog park.  

The shopping center on the property was built in 1948 and is in need of significant improvement, according to the application filed. Records show Shojaee paid $11.75 million for the shopping center in 2013.

Through Shoma Retail, LLC, the developer later submitted plans to build a condo project on the corner lot. The latest application shows Shoma opted to build apartments, instead.

Corner of East Treasure drive and 79th street, North Bay Village.

A rental community located in North Bay Village offering 333 units including townhomes on the ground level and apartments on the upper levels. Shoma  Bay  will span the entire 2.8 acre corner of 79th Street Causeway and East Treasure Drive. The tower will rise 20 stories with Retail and Leasing Office located on the ground level and adjacent 9 story parking garage with 30,000 sqft Supermarket located on the ground level. Amenities will include a pool, bowling alley, complimentary snack station, wework cafe, clubroom, amongst much more!
