Other building in Miami, including Skyrise, are planned to be built even taller though-we have 3-4 in the works now on different stages!The OKO Group 830 Brickell office tower will include a 56-story building with 533,268 square feet of office, 8,831 square feet of retail, and 10,202 square feet of restaurant. Ten floors, or 146,000 square feet, have been leased to WeWork.

Fisher Island developer Heinrich Von Hanau just got approved zoning changes to allow for a 57-unit, 10-story condominium building at 6 Fisher Island Drive and 12 single-family homes at 68 Fisher Island Drive.
