2000 S Ocean Blvd, Manalapan, Palm Beach County, FL

Now, that $140 million mansion is sold, whos next?
Its Ziff estate in Manalapan or the Il Palmetto, Palm Beach?
Formerly listed for $195 million, then $165 million and now asking $115 million this 15,7 acre  33-room mansion with 1,200 feet of frontage on the Atlantic Ocean is seeking its new owner.

Property covers both sides lake and the ocean. An underground tunnel beneath the island’s main road connects the mansion to a guest home on the Intracoastal side of the property. It also comes with two four-bedroom beach cottages, a seven-bedroom home called the “Mango House,” and a manager’s house with four apartments.

The Ziff estate has a great contender-" IL Palmetto" 1500 S. Ocean Blvd mansion . Italian inspired ocean-to-lake estate covers  5.5 acres and is  owned by billionaire James Clark, who is the founder of Netscape.

It was designed by renowned architect Maurice Fatio and built in 1930. It features approximately 60,352 square feet of living space with 10 bedrooms, 13 full and 12 half bathrooms, 2-story foyer with double staircase, 2 elevators, formal living & dining rooms, gourmet kitchen with 3 islands, family room, home office, library, billiards room, wet bar, 20,000 bottle wine cellar, gym, garage and more.

There is also a 2-bedroom beach house and a 2- bedroom boat house.

So the record for the 535 North County Road in Palm Beach , with ticket price $140 million was set at $122,700,000 just a few day ago!! This is a record for Florida and one of the highest paid residential real estate items in USA!!

Scott Shleifer  the person behind this sweet catch is a partner and co-founder of Tiger Global Management, an investment firm based in New York with offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Singapore and Bangalore.

The Palm Beach lot was previously part of a larger property that Trump sold to Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev for $ in 2008. Rybolovlev subsequently razed that house, subdivided the property into three lots, and sold them off for nearly $109 million. Pulte’s entity paid $ for his lot in 2017. Pulte junior  ( custom  spec home builder) erected and sold the home to the trust. The 2-acre, 21,000-square-foot mansion, with a separate guest house, has nine bedrooms, an oceanfront swimming pool, a gym, sauna and hair salon. William M. Boyle of Boyle Architecture designed the house. The lot has 150 feet of shoreline.

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos holds the record for the highest price paid in the U.S. for a single-family home, paying last year for David Geffen’s Jack Warner Estate in Beverly Hills.
