New 12+ acre development in Delray Beach!

The eight parcels include 2095, 2101, 2189, and 2200 W. Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach, FL

Dallas-based Trinsic Residential wants to rezone the property from “mixed industrial and commercial” to “special activities district.” This would permit 292 multifamily units and 2,000 square feet of commercial space.  

Aura Delray Beach would have six buildings, ranging from three to five stories. Amenities would include a pool, a dog park, a fire pit, and a two-story clubhouse with a pool. There would be 496 parking spaces, including 80 in single-car garages.

The apartments would range from 600 to 1,300 square feet. There would be 22 studio apartments, 134 one-bedroom units, 116 two-bedroom units, and 20 three-bedroom units.

Because of the city’s workforce housing requirements, the project would have to create 73 units of workforce housing. At least 29 must be developed on site. The rest could be created through payments of $60,000 per unit of workforce housing to the Delray Beach Housing Trust Fund.
