Miami World Center working in the Certificate of occupancy and next door tower just got approved!!!

Chicago’s Fifield Companies has submitted plans to Miami’s Planning Department to build a 47-story, 499-foot apartment high rise at Miami Worldcenter.The new tower would be built at Worldcenter’s Block A, across the street from the Hines office building.Fifield’s Worldcenter tower will include:

  • 533 multifamily units
  • 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail
  • 456 parking spaces
  • Seventh floor amenity deck atop parking podium
  • Rooftop pool and sundeck at top of tower

ODP Architecture & Design is designing the tower. The 60-story, 700-foot tower is being designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects of Boston, along with local firm ODP Architects.Developers said in January that 85 percent of units had been sold. Prices have previously been said to average around $700 per square foot, with a total of around 500 units.The promenade is being built along the street that slated to become an amazing retail corridor into downtown the new center of Miami!
