Lot sold with potential to be built out!!!

17400 West Dixie hwy, North Miami Beach

Before I got into the land sale story in North Miami Beach it would worth to mention two historical events that just took place last weekend march 16-17, 2019!

First O Cinema Wynwood 90 NW 29th st closed down due to land sale of the Wynwood Yard and O Cinema both to Lennar and will get replaced by the rental building I wrote already about! That's super sad since this was my place to go along with Miami Beach Cinematheque!

The good thing the Miami Beach location at the historic former Byron Carlyle Theater!!

Another super sad news was last service of the Unity on the Bay church at the Edgewater location! 411 NE 21st St, Miami is sold for $30 +million and is temporarily moving to Temple Israel 137 NE 19th St, Miami.Unity will be in search for the location that will suite it, I hope for another 100 years as they did in Edgewater. Mill Creek is the buyer for the place and will start demolition within a few months to pave the way for the brand new rental development . This is the first and only church is was going to for months were I gained personal development and opened my eyes to another side of the worship services.

And now about the land, that used to house Marina Palms construction workers cars for years...

A potential development site near Greynolds Park in North Miami Beach was sold for $11.38 million.

Braha Dixie LLC, managed by Ralph Braha in New York, sold the 4.14-acre site at 17400 W. Dixie Highway. A two-thirds interest was sold to Dixie Investments and Realty, managed by Avi Dishi and Greg Manocherian in Miami Beach, and the other one-third interest was sold to New York-based Roe Dixie LLC.

The property last traded for $9.8 million in 2006.

In 2012, the city approved the site for a 10-story hotel with 260 rooms but that zoning was overturned after local residents filed a lawsuit that objected to the impact of the project on the neighboring park.
