Mixed use project is coming to replace it. Actually this is a former DEA Miami office and warehouse that the Rubell family bought years ago.
Plans for the site include 800,000 square feet of development with a Class A office tower, indoor and outdoor retail space, and a luxury residential building .
Assemblage totals 3 acres with 15 parcels. There are five sellers involved in the transaction that suppose to close 2021.
