Dania Beach boulevard in construction mode!

There are three developments coming up and all three are rental units!

Class-A mixed-use development, called Soleste Cityline, at 4 North Federal Highway. The development will consist of 340 luxury rental units and retail space. Dev Motwani is behind Soleste Dania Beach .His is brother is Nitin -the developer  of the Miami Worldcenter. Dev Motwani, president and CEO of real estate investment and development firm, Merrimac Ventures, bought the property in 2017 for $5 million and is a partner in the project. Motwani and Merrimac Ventures brought on the Estate Companies as a development partner for the multifamily portion of the project, and later partnered with Miami-based Tricera Capital for the retail portion.The apartments will include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, ranging from 600 square feet to 1,200 square feet.Soleste Cityline will also feature amenities, including a pool deck, fitness center, outdoor grilling stations and a clubroom.

The retail space will span 12,800 square feet. There are no specific retail tenants at the moment, according to Motwani, but he expects neighborhood and service-oriented retail, as well as food and beverage.

J Milton & Associates are building Sea View and have less than 30 units left to sell in Sunny Isles brand new luxury Parque Towers. They  will build the 381-unit Sea View at Dania on the 3.54-acre site. The project would also have 2,000 square feet of retail.
The design of Sea View at Dania by Caymares Martin shows a pool deck and amenity rooms on the fifth floor. There would be 648 parking spaces.

Apartments in Sea View at Dania would range from 750 to 1,150 square feet. There would be 19 studios, 170 one-bedroom units, 147 two-bedroom units and 26 three-bedroom units.

The construction should take 12-18 months.
ILP Developers are coming up with 293 unit multifamily community. So far there have not been much movement except for the cleared plot. Am sure we will be writing in more details, once the cosntruction picks up!!

This all happening on the East bound side just a few blocks span!
