Luxury 96 Waterfront Condos are Coming to PGA Boulevard!!

2036 and 2060 Sandy Hill Lane, 2080 Shady Lane, and 11511 Ellison Wilson Road, PGA Blvd

A company led by developer Daniel S. Catalfumo purchased a site along the Intracoastal Waterway near Palm Beach Gardens where he plans to build a condo.

PGA Partners 100 LLC, managed by Nicholas A. Mastroianni in Jupiter and Mark A. Gensheimer in Boca Raton, sold the 6.74-acre site at 2036 and 2060 Sandy Hill Lane, 2080 Shady Lane, and 11511 Ellison Wilson Road for $33 million.

The buyer was DMBH Residential Investment LLC, managed by Catalfumo in Palm Beach Gardens. PMWC PGA Waterway PBG LLC provided a $23 million mortgage to the company.

The property was assembled $18.43 million in 2013 and 2014. The seller demolished Panama Hattie’s seafood restaurant there, leaving the site vacant.

The condos will range from 3,300 to 5,000 square feet, with pricing estimated at $3 million to $5 million. It will include a dock.
