March 2, 2021

100 21st St, Miami Beach, FL 33139

Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach will be the 11th location for the company worldwide, and will open in 2024.

Its going to be the first in US for the company.

The now closed 7-story  Sea Gull hotel will get  completely restored.

Albert Anis originally designed the building, which was completed in 1950.

According to an architectural database of historic buildings, the design is a mix of Art Deco & MiMo. The Mediterranean revival interior is unique but not original.

Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel will oversee the restoration, which will see the room count reduced from 178 rooms to 100, mostly suites.

There will also be an outdoor pool, spa and fitness facilities, and a restaurant and bar from Chef Niko Romito.

This will be ultra luxury experience representing Roman Jeweler Hospitality.
