18401 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach, FL
We have been writing about this future project for a while now, its offically out in the press!
It will be the highest tower in Sunny Isles Beach reaching 749-feet with more than 60-stories!
The Bentley Residences Miami will be constructed in accordance with Florida Green Building Council certifications—the hope is that, this way, the building will consume less energy and have a minimal impact on the environment.
The units are coming with in-unit, multi-car garages that will access the car elevator, coined Dezervator. It will be designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, and will feature a gym, pool, spa, theater, bar, restaurant and lounge, cabanas and landscaped gardens.
Each home will also have its own private balcony, pool, sauna and some will have an outdoor shower.
The tower will replace the Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort that was bought out in 1996 for $6.8 million.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2023 and be completed in 2026.
