18 Sunset approved !!

Sunset Land Associates LLC and SH Owner LLC, affiliates of Miami Beach-based Deco Capital Group, plan to build Eighteen Sunset on the 0.77-acre site at 1733-1759 Purdy Ave. and 1724-1752 Bay Road. It would be a mix of retail and office space, with a huge penthouse on top.

The developer plans to break ground on thOn the ground floor fronting Purdy Avenue, Eighteen Sunset will have 15,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space. There will be a central breezeway and covered sidewalk for shaded seating.

The third and fourth floors will have 32,000 square feet of office space, with parking for tenants on the second level.

Finally, the top floor will have a penthouse with 15,000 square feet of interior space and about 17,000 square feet of outdoor space, including a pool, hot tub, outdoor dining room, and gardens. The owner will also receive a private foyer on the ground floor and a six-car garage on the second floor.e five-story building in late summer 2021 and wrap up construction in 2023.

The project was designed by Domo Architecture + Design.

Eighteen Sunset will overlook Maurice Gibb Park, giving it an unobstructed view of Biscayne Bay. It will be within walking distance of the popular restaurants and shops and Sunset Harbour.
