The Village of Pincrest or simply Pinecrest is the South Dade Golden Beach with the exception theres no ocean here and much more tropical lush flora and fauna. Peacocks are abound here and soil is amazingly nutritious. Zip 33156 is one of the most expensive in the US. The population was 18,223 as of the census 2010. The Village of Pinecrest was officially incorporated on March 12, 1996.
This place is a definite walk in the park and as close to paradise as one can imagine. It is the runner's destination with Saturday mornings runs from Pinecrest Gardens, aka South Florida's Cultural Arts Park. This park is famous for its jazz concerts through the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens that are amazing with their astonishing gardens and plans all the way 3,5 miles to the Cocoplum circle. It also used to be home to the former world famous Parrot Jungle that moved in 2003 to its new location in Watson Island. There are five parks here: Coral pine, Veterans Wayside, Flagler Grove, Suniland and Evelyn Greer.
The least expansive house here starts at $495,000 3/2 1243 SQFT and goes all the way up to $8,590,000 for 9/10 15,740 SQFT estate. There are very limited numbers of condos with 1 bedroom jam starting surprisingly at only $189,000 for 800 SQFT and three more deals up to $639,000 for tiny 28 townhomes community deals. Condos are super limited here. There are many new construction mansions in this part of Miami and definitely the way to capitalize on the high end fix and flip here.
