Very unique property with about 700 residents out of which only about 20% are staying permanently on the island. Everybody knows each other. You get to it on ferry named Eagle or another one called Pelican. Heliport available as well. Most move around in the golf carts. Island requires $250,000 membership fee to join in and reside on it. Has its own amazing golf course. 7 restaurants and post office with marinas and food market, 15 room hotel built by Vanderbilts and some 1-2 bedroom ARBNB available units on the east side of the island.
To be a part of the golf club you must pay an additional $24,000 per year plus $26,000 for the ferry use. Leaset expensive unit is 690 sq ft 1/1 for $975,000 furnished with garden view ready for rent. Last year marked the sale of the penthouse in Palazzo Del Sol for $35,000,000 that was just built and opened.
The Palazzo Del Luna, which we have a picture of the crane of the topping off of has a $40 million penthouse still unsold with its own swimming pool and little tropical garden on top. The only two available spots on the island left to build are lot 9, where the sales offices of the developer for the Plazzo de Luna are and a lot 7 (picture attached), both will get developed once Palazzo Del Sol-9 units left and Palazzo Del Luna still in sales mode get sold out. Most likely the lot 9 will have single families or townhomes for sale and lot 7 bachelors pad 5 stories+ depending on the zoning approval.
Definitely a super unique proposition of the island serenity just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the South Beach and downtown Miami.
