17475 Collins Ave Chateau Beach Residences are still not open??? We drove by just a few days ago and were met with security that would not even allow us to step in to take a few pics. Following the boiler room explosion that shut down motel Monaco next door and did not allow the timely opening for the new oceanfront condo building October the 2nd last year seems that it is still awaiting final approvals for the move-ins. The property had been sold out long time ago.
