Too much to handle????
A few days were missed in me bloggging,however this days were fullfilled by lots of action in my life and now on I will do my best to have at least a few lines per day as basic routine schedule…
First of all my life have always been a series of explorations and challenges -all created by me,myself and I only ( I look in the mirror when theres something happens) starting from growing up in Soviet Union a wearing ,so much hated uniform to being a young pioneer(very young communist version),then meeting Russian and Belarussian dissident intellingentsia and circus artists from all over the world – so often no so sober talking till morning dawn with my father in the kitchen of our apartments,then traveling with my fathers circus show Alle-Up and Big Apple Circus in the US,then moving to States in 1995 ,at the ripe age of 19 to Boston.Between my travels to Sochi(my fathers hometown Dagomys and Minsk-my birthplace)I have been able to see lots interesting people and encounter great stories
But why am I writing all that ? Just to explain the missed couple days?Yes,exactly, because what I have done this weekend was really eye-opening and life-changing and will definitely affect this blog…
So ,my first meeting with the personal devlopment had happened with the 12 step program called Big Book Step Study-theres only about 200 groups across the US and all they oriented on is the Solution-base of the original text of the Big Book of the Alcoholics Anonymous,in my case I had a severe addiction and drinking habits stemming from pretty early age and as it can be understood did not fathomed to be ever recovered ,since the state of mind I have been in -is the state of mind of the majority of the people with the same diagnosis-no way Jose…the most I have ever been clean and sober was 7 months and even those I had to white knuckle and avoiding any big gatherings and parties…so here I am sent to the rehab by my ex and parents (just to please them)after an almost deadly seventh overdose that lead to coma in Miami Cedars hospital,and here i am at the first meetng of this junkies and they dont complain ,whine or cry and as a matter of a fact do look content and are pretty happy -that was a real shocker to me since sober life seemed so boring and abnormal…that night I asked what should I do to and was told to get a sponsor and launch into action on going through the steps under clear cut directions of my new sponsor.Thats exactly what I did and the results in less than three months are absolutely astonishing -today almost three years past I have no obsession,no cravings,no dreams,my old friends still can not beleive that I am “holding” which in my case would be suicide , that actually showed me that theres no limitations to our mindset….
With that said I started out my new life,or better continued my life anew and started looking for the opportunies in real estate since that is what i love and enjoy doing.Thats where I came up on Nouveau Riche University -first presentation I went to had maybe 20 people and they all talked about this school in Arizona with investors teaching what they do ,not what they are told-that night I knew I wanna go to that school and did all I could to get there…with that said I am an alumni of this wonderful educational facility and prouldy say this is the only school I have ever finished,even more this is the only school I ever wanted and dreamed about getting into as soon as possible with the knowlegde came validation,since theres marketing invloved and lots of communication skills I have been able to network with lots of students from all over the States as well mentored by Chad Wade,Jeffery Combs(google Golden Mastermind )and Dave Blanchard -(same Og Mandino scrolls),have had a pleasure visiting Bob Snyders residence in Salt Lake City with Jim Piccolo-the founders and do a Russian dance in Bob’s kitchen….that all would fit here….about each and everyone of this people an article can be written and I might later on do that..
At the end of last year I got reffered to www.selfdiscoverytechniques.com and started getting mentorship from Susan James and since then my life have taken another significant and an important turn,whereis the 12 step content and NRU validation that have given me so much confidence where undertaken by the Real feelings that so honest to myself and others Andrey continued to cover up,I have learned the super Samadhi techniques and started mediating , I have experienced much deeper oness of everything in this world,I have opened up my eyes and stopped seeing the surroundings in pink glasses,I have realized that the self-actualization,clarity,awereness are the new actual feelings and expreinces of my life!
And on top of it today I put my girlfriend on the Amtrac to Jesup, Georgia-where she is starting a ten day silent mediation in Vipassana Center(as a matter of a fact just got off the phone she is already in town -just finished dinner)
So to finish up Saturday and Sunday both days I was in the workshop and after was spening time with my gorlfriend as well as Friday night,but now for the next ten days I am going to go nuts on putting togther the list of the Real crazy deals in Miami market for u!!!!!!!!!
Just top mention my pride-a 10 room motel deal 333 Walnut st Hollywood Beach have closed yesterday with only $110k out of pocket!!!!
And even more I am currently working on a couple more motels on the ocean with only $100k out of pocket acquisition subject to strategies!!!!
