No mas frame houses or my new golas set!
In one of my previuos blogs I have posted my partners frame stucco single family and although the deal looked good term-wise(FHA financing)and equity (over %40 spread) I am taking it off and am really dissapointed with my action of offering it since dont beleive that frame house in Miami can be an investment period.Climate and termites and most the values for the frame houses are definitely should not even be discussed and if you are looking for first time home and or interested in getting more info on the avilable programmes or just looking for a cheap house in Miami just let me know I do have quite a wide array of pricing,areas and conditions both offmarket and officially listed!
Now about the best last night I have spent time reevaluting myself and came to this plan of action would like to share:
1.I am taking up 12 week Body for Life system and am finishing the book later today.
2.I am getting out of the vicious circle and becoming debt-free this year!
3.I am creating a powerful mastermind group and assist as many enterpreneurially-minded investors to achieve their targets as I possibly can !
(minimum one per week)
4.As a reward I fly to Moscow for the New Years!!!
And since I create my reality I will make it happen and will continue to share along the path on my way!!!
