How could I forget about this???
Really quite a few people have told me that this time around the prices are quite down,but not the first time ever I know a few that have had three prior experiences of this sort and lived through the drastic market flactuations..with that said the deals for cashflow today are unbeleivable.Hey,where else in the world you wanna live anyways if not in Miami???
The ocean with the beaches,the women from all over the planet,the constant gatherings and expos with architecture create and an outstanding picture for the place to park your cash with immediate returns.And the biggest thing is it does not matter whats is happening with economy since shelter and cheap shelter is always in need and once you cashflow you dont depend on the president,banks,and any other man created obstacles!
